Cancellation Policy
The Jane Marie requires ninety (90) day notice of cancellation. A Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) cancellation fee will be deducted from all deposits. The prepaid deposit minus the cancellation fee will be refunded if the property can be rebooked for the total reserved dates. If the reservation is canceled less than ninety (90) days before your scheduled arrival, no refund will be provided; the prepaid deposit minus the cancellation fee will remain as a credit towards a future visit. On cancellations made within seven (7) days of the arrival date, guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
